Resetting your scale

If your scale is not turning on:

• Make sure that the plastic insulation strip in the battery compartment has been removed.
• Try a new set of batteries.
• If you have a rechargeable scale, make sure the scale is charged and that the charger is not connected.

If your scale seems to be inaccurate, try resetting it:

1. Change or remove the batteries for at least 45 seconds, then, place them back in.
2. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
3. Turn on the scale. The display should read "0.0", meaning the scale has been cleared.
4. Proceed with taking weight measurement.

If you have a rechargeable scale (such as the ESF93), use a safety pin or paper clip to press the reset button on the underside of the scale (part E):
