If your Wi-Fi-enabled device is offline, try resetting it:

  1. Delete the device from the VeSync app. Press and hold (Android & iOS®), then tap Delete.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button or power button on your unit for 10-15 seconds. (The Wi-Fi symbol should be blinking.)
  3. Then, reconfigure it with the VeSync app as if it were a brand-new device.

As an additional guide, please see this air purifier example here. Please note that the device will only connect to a 2.4 GHz network and not a 5G. You can also always try resetting your router or moving the device closer to the router during the pairing process.
