This was a gift; can I return it?

No, please contact the original purchaser! If your item appears to be defective, however, you can email our support team with details about your experience.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, if you initiate a return within 30 days after delivery, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Do I need to keep the original box?

We do require original packaging for any items returning to us (within the 30-day return period).

My purchase is from another seller. Can I initiate a return here?

Please contact the original seller first (Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc.)—they will be able to assist directly! If not, please email us the reason your return was denied.
